OUR MISSION

The Center is an open affirming environment for people of all sexualities, identities, and expressions. We empower our community through education, networking, advocacy, and collaboration. We strive to be a safe place for the queer community in Montana.

OUR VISION

We envision a Western Montana where LGBTQIA+ people can come together in pride and unity. We strive for safety, change, and togetherness.

WHAT WE OFFER

DAILY DROP-IN SERVICES

The Center are all about creating a welcoming place to land in downtown Missoula. During our drop-in hours, you’re welcome to stop by to relax, use free Wi-Fi, meet up with friends, or just exist in an affirming space. We offer free sexual health testing through the Gay Health Task Force, including HIV, Hepatitis C, and syphilis testing, along with sexual health resources and referrals. You can also check out our Queer Clothing Closet for free clothing, shoes, and accessories, browse community resource materials, or spend time in our Queer Library. As supplies allow, we may have wellness and harm-reduction items available. Whether you’re looking for a resource, a quiet place to sit, or a friendly connection, we’re glad you’re here. Drop-in hours are Monday through Friday, 1:00–5:00 p.m.

WEEKLY COMMUNITY LED GROUPS

The Center is all about connection, shared experience, and creating space for as many folks in our LGBTQ+ community as possible. We host a variety of groups where everyone can meet others who share similar journeys, find support, and build friendships. Whether you’re looking for peer connection, social time, creative activities, outdoor adventures, or identity-specific spaces, there’s something for you—and if you have an idea for a new group, we’d love to hear it! Reach out if you’re curious or interested in attending

COMMUNITY EVENTS

Community Events at The Center bring people together to celebrate, connect, and show up for one another throughout the year. We host a mix of social gatherings, community celebrations, and meaningful moments—some fun and light, others rooted in care and remembrance. From Pride and local events to markets and social nights, our events are welcoming, low-pressure spaces to build community, whether you come with friends or on your own. Check our calendar to see what’s coming up next.
